Most Fizz pieces are framed with furniture-quality, marine-grade plywood that meets contract quality expectations. Interlocking frame components are glued with eco-friendly water-based, low-VOC adhesives and stapled with surgical stainless-steel staples. Layered foam-on-foam construction minimizes wrinkles and improves performance. Thick foam cores are topped with contouring foam for long-lasting shape. Anti-microbial foam seat cushions are laminated with a water barrier and then placed into a zippered, water resistant, non-woven, water-repellent cover prior to being stuffed into the fabric cover of your choosing (COM) or select from one of our indoor | outdoor Fizz fabrics. One-piece, injection-molded polyolefin feet with UV inhibitors resist fading, and specialized rubber pads reduce sliding. Exposed stainless steel legs are powder-coated for added protection.
